Bookings cancelled at least sixty (60) days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least thirty (30) days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund, minus any processing fees, as well as any fees paid for commissions. Yes, by booking our private residences, your stay will proceed exactly as if you booked directly with the hotel. The private suites/residences are located inside the Ritz-Carlton hotel. You will have access to the pools, spa, gym, tennis, and the other hotel facilities. There are also several highly-rated golf courses nearby. If you have any questions, the hotel’s concierge will be able to answer them.
Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.

Yes, maximum number of guests is limited to the number of guests specified on the reservation.

Pets are allowed on the residence. The Hotel may charge a pet cleaning fee. While there is no weight limit, no more than two pets may occupy any guest room or suite.

Yes, by booking this residence, you automatically agree to a rental agreement that is made available when making payment. Please review the agreement before making payment.
No, at this time ski-lift tickets are not included with your stay. However, ski-lift tickets are also normally not included if you booked your stay directly with the hotel, and by booking your stay with us, the cost of your stay is significantly lower than the cost charged by the hotel.
